How do I register and set up my business on MoniYes?
Getting started is simple. Register your business profile, enter your administrator details, and link your business bank account for payouts. After verifying your email with a one-time pin, you can set up store locations, invite staff, and request smart POS terminals.
How do vendor onboarding and vendor bank accounts work?
You can add multiple third-party vendors and suppliers by entering their profile and verified bank details. MoniYes automatically configures secure payout subaccounts so supplier funds are routed directly to them. Vendors can also have dedicated access to track their products and sales.
How do product pricing, markup, and cost calculations work?
For each product, you define the vendor base price (cost) and your business markup (store profit). The customer sees and pays the total sales price. When a sale happens, MoniYes automatically separates the vendor's cost from your store's profit margin with zero manual math.
What payment options are supported at checkout?

What is a Cashier user and what permissions do they have?
Cashier accounts are tailored staff logins designed for fast front-desk checkouts. Cashiers can process sales, push bills to POS terminals, and issue receipts, but cannot view sensitive business profit totals, net bank balances, or modify payout settings.
What payout types are available, and when are vendors settled after payment?
Digital and card payments trigger automated split settlements routed directly to vendor and business bank accounts following standard banking cycles (typically T+1 business day). For cash sales, store owners can execute one-click batch payouts. Vendors receive automatic email notifications for every successful payout.
Can we manage customer tabs and credit orders?
Yes. MoniYes includes a complete "Pay Later" and Customer Tab management system. Cashiers can place orders on account and later select multiple open orders to clear the consolidated balance in a single transaction via card terminal, online payment, or cash.
